- The specified deposit (full fare/non painting) per person is required at booking which will confirm your reservation.
- Please be aware your deposit is non refundable.
- The balance is due by the specified date.
- Full payment is required if the booking is made after the pay balance specified date.
- Ben Winspear Art reserves the right to cancel any ticket or booking or to refuse to carry any passenger where payment has not been received by Ben Winspear Art and has the right to accept wait listed passengers in place of those failing to finalise within the prescribed time.

- Please state any meal requirements at time of booking such as gluten free, vegan etc.
Cancellation Policy
To cover the costs involved, the following cancellation fees apply.
- Cancellations received in writing 60 or more days from the date of departure will result in a cancellation fee of $500 per person in addition to the deposit paid.
- Cancellations received 60 or fewer days before departure will result in a loss of all monies paid.
- There are no refunds for services not utilised while on the Trip.
- Once the Trip commences no refund will be given.
The cost per fare is calculated on the assumption of a minimum number of bookings made. If fewer than the required minimum number of participants have confirmed their booking Ben Winspear Art reserves the right to cancel. In this event a full refund will be given.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended and we encourage you to make your own arrangements to cover for cancellation and other unforeseen events such as illness, accident, death or other contingencies. We can suggest www.covermore.com.au
Notice given prior to the Balance date or more incurs a $25 per person Administration Fee and monies that have been paid on your behalf will not be refunded. After Balance Date or once tour has departed NO Refund will be given.
Fares and Itineraries
Travel costs published and outlined in any advertising material are frozen, errors or printing mistakes are subject to correction. However, policy changes by operators or changes in Government duties or taxes are outside the control of Ben Winspear Art. No increases apply once full fare is paid.
The tour duration includes the day of departure and the day of return. Fares shown make no allowance for extra accomodation or transfers necessitated by en-route stopovers caused by schedule changes, strikes or other reasons.
Itinerary Changes
Accommodations, itineraries and tours are subject to alteration with or without notice and intended as a guide only. Alterations may come about due to road or weather conditions, strikes, non-performance by a supplier or any other reason. Ben Winspear Art will act in your best interest in any such changes.
Eligibility
This trip will involve quite a bit of walking and sometimes walking on uneven ground. Walking in hot/warm weather is likely. Any person/s who cannot travel independently or needs special assistance must be accompanied by a companion and may choose to not participate in such activities.
No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on trips/tours while their mental or physical health condition is, in the option of Ben Winspear Art, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or they become objectionable to other passengers.
Fuel Surcharge
Due to the instability of world oil prices, in the event that fuel reaches over $2.20/litre a Fuel Surcharge of $5 per person per travel day will apply to the final payment for road trips.
Seat Changes
During bus travel all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy similar seating arrangements by introduction of a seat rotation system if necessary.
Luggage
Each person is allocated space for luggage as per the specific trip/tour guidelines.
Force Majeure
If by any means of any event of force majeure (which shall include terrorism, pandemic or any other cause or event outside our control) we shall be delayed in or prevented from performing our obligations, then such a delay or non-performance shall not be deemed a breach of entitle a damage claim. Our obligations shall be suspended whilst such event of force majeure continues. New terms and conditions apply.
