“This is a collection of works mostly painted on location with some larger works made in my studio. Painting as often as I can where work and leisure take me, I find painting en plein air grounds and centers me in my life, helping me to be physically present to the world around me and enabling me to share with others how I feel about the places I visit.
The beauty… the patterns of light and shade… the ‘feel’ of a place… from Queensland to the south coast of Victoria, from the Flinders Ranges of South Australia to the Philippines… from the city to the country – ‘Far and wide’.”
